Natalie Palmer serves as the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) Executive Council Region 13 Coordinator, bringing over 25 years of dedicated involvement to the role. Starting as a Torch Runner, she has evolved into an influential leader, having held the position of the National Director for Jamaica before her current role. As a Deputy Superintendent of Police in the Jamaica Constabulary Force, Natalie is passionate about supporting Special Olympians and fostering conversations around intellectual disabilities. She finds personal fulfillment in promoting inclusion and positively impacting the lives of athletes and their families, while also strengthening the network of regional and international law enforcement communities.

In addition to her extensive LETR experience, Natalie has a rich professional background in general policing, operations, and community engagement. Her commitment to youth development is evident through her involvement in police youth clubs and the Safe Schools Programme. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminology and a Master of Science in Sociology from the University of the West Indies, Mona. She furthered her education with a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Delaware State University.
