On behalf of the LETR International Executive Council, it is with immense pleasure that we welcome you to the Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics International Conference, held in the historic city of San Antonio, Texas. San Antonio, with its rich heritage and vibrant spirit, serves as the perfect backdrop for our conference.

This get-together is all about giving a high-five to the amazing athletes we cheer for, sharing our success stories, and reminding ourselves why we do what we do. Your hard work and commitment are what keep this incredible worldwide movement reaching new heights.

Over these few days, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of concurrent training sessions, and networking events designed to enrich your knowledge, inspire innovative fundraising ideas, and foster collaborations that will extend far beyond this conference. We encourage you to take full advantage of the sessions and to connect with your fellow guardians from around the globe.

The Online Conference Registration System is Now Closed!

Registration closed on Friday, September 27, 2024

The conference registration site closed on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 5:00pm EDT. For questions, please get in touch with Kami Delameter at kdelameter@specialolympics.org.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations, substitutions, and registration modifications may be made up to the registration closing date (September 27). Following that date, these changes may incur a $50 Change Fee. Cancellations made after October 18, 2024 are subject to a half registration fee refund. No refunds of the Conference Registration Fee will be made after Friday, November 1, 2024.
