GENERAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration for the conference in advance, is critical to a fulfilling attendee experience.
Work with your program liaison to ensure you have “crossed all of the T’s and dotted all of the I’s”.
Familiarize yourself with the following deadlines and information so you don’t miss out!
The online Conference Registration system will open on Wednesday, May 15, 2024
All conference registrations and hotel reservations must be made through your LETR Program Liaison using this online registration system. Individual attendees may not register themselves. We encourage Liaisons to register conference attendees and book hotel reservations as soon as possible.
Registration closes on Friday, September 27, 2024
The conference registration site closes on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 5:00pm EDT. After this time the conference rate may not apply and hotel rooms may not be available.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations, substitutions and registration modifications may be made up to the closing date for registrations (September 27). Following that date, these changes may incur a $50 Change Fee. Cancellations made after October 18, 2024 are subject to a half registration fee refund. No refunds of the Conference Registration Fee will be made after Friday, November 1, 2024.

Conference Guest (Auction / Hall of Fame Banquet only): $125 (USD)
